St. Joseph School Endowment has two (2) parcels of land for sale –
Parcel # 001-09598-000, 31.87 acres for land for development, including 1,592 sq ft brick home built in 2000
Parcel # 711-09598-000, 8.08 acres
All will be sold ‘as is’.
Sealed bids will be accepted between March 16 – April 15, 2020.
The interior of the house can be seen by appointment only, call our office at 501-329-1818.
Bid packets are available for pick up at St. Joseph School Endowment office, 1315 College Ave, Conway, AR 72034.
The St. Joseph School Endowment Board reserves the right to accept or decline any/all bids.
